- Start the Day Right. When you get out of bed, bend down and try to touch your toes. This is good exercise and helps you feel better in the morning. Eat a healthy breakfast, and drink fresh smoothies, juices, or water. Take a shower, brush your teeth and smile.
- Exercise. This doesn't mean trudging to the Gym, and doing a 30 minute workout, using the same equipment. This means fitting small bursts of exercise into your day. Whether it's walking to work, instead of driving, using the stairs instead of the elevator, or just doing 10 push ups before dinner. It all adds up to one big difference.
- Be happy! You have lots to live for, so don't be sad. Moaning about little things can make you into vain, stubborn person, which is wrong, when so many people are suffering from starvation, illnesses, loss of a loved one, or a family crisis. Smile, and keep a strong mind.
- Improve your brain power. Doing a crossword, reading a book, or answering a difficult maths problem are all great ways to help you feel energized.
Tips
- Drink plenty of water.
- Look after yourself, by showering, brushing your teeth and wearing comfortable clothes.
- If you cannot walk distances outdoors, then walk around your own home. Walk quickly from room to room, a few times a day. It raises your heartbeat, and is exercise that you can do.
