Steps

Go to www.vixy.net
Get the URL ex.(www.youtube.com/Example) from the page the video's on.
Paste the URL into the space on top of the Vixy.net web page.
Select the format you want (Mpeg4+AAC for ipod/PSP) at the dropdown arrow. You can select any depending on what you want it for.
Click start and the video will start converting
When your videos complete click download and put it somewhere you can remeber and name it somthing you can also remember.
Go in itunes and find it and click upload or whatever it says. It's pretty much the same way you'd put music onto itunes.
Thats it. Sync it to your ipod and if all went well you got that video on your media device!

Tips

It has a great tendency to give you error readings such as "Header error", "Server too busy", and "Youtube down?". These happen frequently unfortuanly. If this does happen try a smaller video. Keep trying them and they may work after a few attempts.
Thats the only flaw. The sound and video quality is grand.
